Las
Fuentes Mexican Bar and Grill was born from a dream Juan Carlos Orozco
has had for years. Carlos comes from a family of Restaurateurs. When
Carlos decided to set out on his own, he wanted to be different, he
wanted to bring the feeling, the energy, and the taste of Mexico.
The dream of Las Fuentes was born in 2002 when the first restaurant was
constructed in Yucaipa California. "The name Las Fuentes means "The
Fountains",
explains Carlos. I remember fountains in every restaurant my family
owned". "I just liked the way they made me feel at home and I love the
sound of them", says Carlos. Now there are two locations, the original
in Yucaipa and the newest addition located in Redlands next to the
Krikorian Theatres. We are currently looking for our next location!
